Our friends from Funky Fluid are more than just the Gelato Brigade. But their Ice Cream van came in handy. When they visited our brewery, they brought us their Polish delicacy: Suska sechlońska! Smoky plums! And boy, we loved them. Then we did what we do best. Sat down to design a recipe to highlight these unique plums.
It’s fruity and smoky. As you would expect, right? But also fruity and roasty. A fruity, roasty, smoky stout. Oh yesss! Our advice: find a chocolate tarte and delve deep to an awesome pairing experience. Trust us – been there, done that. Enjoy!

Moersleutel Craft Brewery
Brouwerij De Moersleutel is een echt familiebedrijf. Sjaak en Margreet Zomerdijk runnen de brouwerij samen met hun vier zoons Pim, Tom, Rob en Max. De brouwerij is gevestigd in de voormalige keuken op het GGZ-terrein in Heiloo. Bekende bieren van De Moersleutel, beer engineers, zijn de Ofjecitrahoplust (IPA), Motorolie en Willy Tonka.
