We’ve selected specific Nelson Sauvin T90 hops from a dedicated farm in New Zealand. Typically, Nelson hops are known for their high passionfruit flavor, but these particular hops, grown on clay soil, deliver a more refreshing taste, reminiscent of grapes and white wine.
Paired with Mosaic hops, to enhance the white grape notes and add layers of gooseberry, citrus, and passionfruit aromas. Mosaic hops are celebrated for their complex and artistic blend of flavors, making each sip a real mosaic of taste.

De brouwerij is gevestigd in de voormalige keuken op het GGZ-terrein in Heiloo. Bekende bieren van De Moersleutel, beer engineers, zijn de Ofjecitrahoplust (IPA), Motorolie en Willy Tonka.
