After tasting no less than 10 luxury vanilla varieties, we selected the 4 most interesting ones to create a unique blend. The vanilla from Costa Rica evokes images of pastries and bakeries, while that from Tahiti has surprising tones of wood, spices, and a hint of aniseed. Papua New Guinea adds a rich bourbon-like flavor with a hint of dates, and Madagascar provides a malty aftertaste.
With this careful selection, we managed to avoid the danger of overly sweet vanilla, but bring a complex and delicious flavor palette. This stout underwent a triple mashing process, contributing to a robust and velvety texture, perfect for bringing out all the flavors. Cheers to this flavorful and rich experience!
