In this IPA, we’re reintroducing Strata hops for the first time since our legendary “Strata x7.” Strata is known for its bold flavors—dank, piney, weedy, with a hint of citrus. This time, we’ve combined it with Citra and Mosaic. The real innovation lies in the use of the Cryo variant for Crosby hops. The Strata Cryo offers a super-high concentration of hop aroma and flavor. It’s also the first time we’re using CGQs, adding an extra layer of complexity.
The result is “CYCT Torsion,” a triple dry-hopped IPA in collaboration with Northern Monk. The flavor profile is all about tropical notes, berries, and a zesty finish. With a somewhat drier character, it’s the perfect choice for hop enthusiasts.
