The Anniversary Double IPA had to be special, right?
On this one we combined an english strain yeast known to produce strawberry and sweet fruit aromatics. Hot side we used Belma and Barbe Rouge hops. During the cold stage of production the beer was layered with Galaxy and another dose of Belma. You know where this is going… a creamy and thick DIPA bursting with strawberry and tropical fruit flavors.
It could be a cake, only much better.
