Behind the laboratory doors, the yeast whisperers of White Labs Copenhagen embarked on our joined journey. With finesse and mastery, they selected a yeast strain that harmonizes seamlessly with our vision: go big, go bold.

Opshaug Kveik Ale (WLP518) was originally used in the 1990s to produce kornøl-style beers. It is a clean fermenting yeast with an unusual alcohol tolerance of 15%ABV.

Espresso Lava Cake stout, with a different twist by this awesome Kveik yeast. Cheers!
