We’ve teamed again with Folkingebrew to bring you a crazy rollercoaster of a beer. Together, last year, we brewed Loaded, now with new years energies and resolutions we bring you Reloaded. Both breweries like to brew thought provoking beers, always taking them a step further. While brainstorming we were presented with the idea of a maple syrup cheesecake inspired beer. You may ask (like we did), is that even a thing? Well if it exists in the internet it is definetely a thing (it does exist), that brings us to this moment, presenting you a unique beer inspired recipe. *Note that we used lactose in this beer to promote the cheesecake flavor *Cardamom and nutmeg were used in the brewing process but I wouldn’t mention it (at all if possible) as these flavors will play a supporting role, therefore we don’t expect them to come through primarly in the tasting, you can see them as seasoning.

Moersleutel Craft Brewery
Brouwerij De Moersleutel is een echt familiebedrijf. Sjaak en Margreet Zomerdijk runnen de brouwerij samen met hun vier zoons Pim, Tom, Rob en Max. De brouwerij is gevestigd in de voormalige keuken op het GGZ-terrein in Heiloo. Bekende bieren van De Moersleutel, beer engineers, zijn de Ofjecitrahoplust (IPA), Motorolie en Willy Tonka.
