The craft beer world sees lots of experimentation. That experimentation brings us new ways of looking at things. After a long and fruitful night with our Portuguese friends from Letra we discussed several of these news ideas and experiments. However it was after breakfast the morning after that we had the clicking sounds. So, for this collaboration, we used lots of oats and breakfast cereals for maximum creaminess flavored with generous amounts of chocolate and coffee. Sounds like breakfast and it is, this is our Oatmilk Breakfast White Stout. Our Brunch Blanche.

Moersleutel Craft Brewery
Brouwerij De Moersleutel is een echt familiebedrijf. Sjaak en Margreet Zomerdijk runnen de brouwerij samen met hun vier zoons Pim, Tom, Rob en Max. De brouwerij is gevestigd in de voormalige keuken op het GGZ-terrein in Heiloo. Bekende bieren van De Moersleutel, beer engineers, zijn de Ofjecitrahoplust (IPA), Motorolie en Willy Tonka.
