Big Belly Brewing Liquid Desserts 18 – Aztec Chocolate Lava Cake Stout

Fall is here, so we’ve made a big, dark & delicious LD – just how you like ’em. Our goal was to use as little chocolate nibs as possible, and still get loads of chocolate flavor. A fun challenge, but we still ended up using a shit ton of cacao nibs. Can’t get the BIG out of the brand, right? We used loads of chocolate malts and a lot of different types of malts in the same flavor profile. With the addition of 100% bourbon vanilla beans, ceylon cinnamon and a touch of habanero peppers this beer is a perfect dessert after some taco’s or beef stew. Cheers!
